Healthy morning habits to get your day started off on the right foot.

Using the power of healthy habits in the morning is a great way to start the day. People are most productive when they wake up, and setting a healthy routine can help with your morning process. 

A great goal when you wake up is having a daily habit or habits that create the energy and mindset to take on all the challenges of a busy day. When you start your day off on the right foot it’s easier to stay there.

Make your bed. The smallest actions can have some of the biggest impacts.

Start with a little extra movement. We’re big believers that regular exercise and activity helps contribute to a healthy lifestyle. Stretching, yoga, running, walking, push-ups... It’s all good for you. When you wake up use the movement as a way to not have to think or make any decisions.

Drink a glass of lemon water. It’s so good for you. It helps break down food while jump starting your metabolism to wake up faster. Aiding in digestion it’ll set the tone for a hydrated day.

DON’T SKIP BREAKFAST. Your body needs the energy to get through the mid-morning slump and feeling good till lunch. Think about it, after fasting all night, breakfast fuels your body with energy for the whole day.

Pack a meal, snack and coffee. Preparing and packing food items for you to consume throughout the day will keep you from being hangry and will also help your pocket book.
