If you haven't gathered by now we love snack foods. Especially when they're loaded with goodness. Our goal with our recipes is to help inspire all the great ways to use our products, to help you get more fruits and veggies in your diet. Something we truly believe is, you can't over do it with too many fruits and veggies. So why not add a scoop of broccoli powder to your next batch of bliss balls.
This recipe is only 8 ingredients and is made with delicious whole food ingredients. These bites are a fresh and zesty snack that'll help fuel you throughout the day.
1 scoop KOYAH broccoli powder
1/2 cup dates (best if you soak them in water for 5-10 minutes, then pour out remaining water)
1/2 cup chopped pumpkin seeds
Orange zest (we went heavy and zested the whole orange. I would taste the mix as you zest)
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup shredded almonds
1 cup almond butter
Step 1. Add the dates and almond butter to your blender. Pulse and work to mix evenly together.
Step 2. Once the almond butter and dates are blended put mix in a bowl. Zest your orange then mix the rest of the ingredients evenly together.
Step 3. Roll mixture into 12 small balls and place in fridge or freezer.
