Lets drop a beet in our mac and cheese! Some call this the unicorn of Mac & Cheese. We like to call it comfort food with a healthy punch.
Healthy Mac & Cheese Recipe:
You will need 1 package of Mac & Cheese
Boil 6 cups of water into a medium sauce pan
Stir in mac and cheese, then bring to boil for 8-10 minutes (or until done)
Drain pasta in colander
Put pasta back into sauce pan
Add 3 tbsp of your choice of milk and stir
Add packet of cheese and stir
Add 1-2 scoops KOYAH Beet Powder and stir until everything is evenly mixed
Divide into bowls and enjoy.
