Don't let this simple smoothie fool you, this blend is jam packed with so much goodness. We threw in a scoop of our simple greens booster (citrus flavor). A teaspoon to turmeric, a dash of ginger, an apple and a few carrots. This combination of ingredients helps with inflammation and is an antioxidant boost.
In your blender combine:
1 scoop of simple greens booster- green citrus (or 1 cup fresh leafy greens)
1 cup of almond milk
1 cup of ice
1 tsp of turmeric
1 tsp ginger
Blend on high until desired consistency.
