Easy to make, this plant based blend is loaded greens and protein. It hits the spot with flavor and nutrients.
We love the thickness from the nut butters, health benefits from the greens and cinnamon flavor. This smoothie can replace any meal.
In your blender add:
1- 2 cups of almond milk or other non-dairy milk
1 scoop of KOYAH spinach (or 1 cup fresh spinach)
1 large ripe frozen banana, chopped into chunks
1 scoop KOYAH broccoli ( or 1/4 cup of broccoli florets)
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 handful of almonds (or 1 tablespoon of almond butter)
1 handful of ice cubes
Pinch of ground cinnamon
Blend on high until desired consistency. Serves 1-2
