Who doesn't love pumpkin pie? You'll fall in love with this pumpkin chia seed pudding with our signature spinach powder. Incredibly easy to make, this mix can easily be breakfast, snack, lunch or dessert.
In a bowl combine:
1 scoop KOYAH spinach powder
1/4 cup chia seed
1 can pumpkin puree
1 can coconut milk
1/2- 1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1/4 tbsp nutmeg
2-3 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
Cover and place in the fridge for 4-8hrs. Overnight if possible.
