We really enjoyed this super simple green smoothie bowl. Superfoods like spinach, berries and flaxseed, turn this bowl into a meal.
In your blender add:
2 medium ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
1 cup of frozen mixed berries
1 scoop KOYAH spinach (or 1 cup fresh spinach)
1/2-1 cups unsweetened non-dairy milk (coconut milk or almond milk)
1 tbsp flaxseed meal
2 tablespoons of almond butter
Blend until desired consistency, add more liquid if needed.
