Do you want to fancy up your overnight oats game? This cinnamon apple beet is the best. Easy to make, with only eight ingredients, one bowl. The combination of these ingredients is a delicious way to start your day.
In a bowl, combine:
1 scoop KOYAH beet powder
1 scoop KOYAH banana powder
1/2 apple (diced into small pieces)
1 cup old fashioned oats
1 1/2 cups of almond milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 chopped walnuts
1 tbsp maple syrup
Mix all of the ingredients with a spoon until well blended.
Let sit for 4-6hrs. Overnight preferably.
