Homemade Raspberry Popsicles

Raspberry popsicles = heaven on a stick

Popsicles are the best! Especially when they're healthy and its hot out. This is one of our new favorite recipes. With only 3 ingredients this simple delightful snack is perfect for kids and adults. 

In your blender combine: 

2 cups of watermelon
2 scoops KOYAH raspberry powder (or 15-30 fresh raspberries) 
1 lemon fully juiced

Blend until smooth. Add to popsicle molds or paper cups. If you use paper cups cover the top of each cup with a strip of aluminum foil. Poke a popsicle stick through the center of the foil on each cup. 

Place in freezer for at least 4hrs.

Tear the cup and foil off when fully frozen or enjoy your your popsicle mold!
