Raspberry Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

Raspberry peanut butter overnight oats

Rich and tart

Eight simple ingredients, 5 minutes prep, one bowl. Its the perfect way to get your day started.

In your bowl combine: 

3/4 cup oats
1 scoop raspberry powder (or 15 fresh raspberries) 
1 scoop banana powder (or 1/4 cup raw and diced banana) 
1 scoop lemon powder (or juice from 1/2 lemon) 
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 cup non-dairy milk
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Stir until evenly mixed. 

Place in the refrigerator for at least 4hrs, overnight preferably. 

Serves 2
