Raspberry lemon overnight oats

Overnight oats are super easy to put together and are a groovy way to start your day. This oats recipe is the perfect amount of tart with a touch of vanilla. If you want to tone down the tartness add 1-2 tsp of maple syrup. Overall this mix is superb. 

In a bowl combine: 

1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup + a heavy splash of almond milk
1-2 scoops of KOYAH raspberry powder (or 15-30 fresh or frozen raspberries) 
1/2-1 scoop KOYAH lemon powder  (or juice from 1/4 lemon and zested peel for extra tartness)
2 tbsp of chia seeds
1 tsp of vanilla
1-2 tsp of maple syrup (optional)

Mix all of the ingredients together with a spoon until well blended.

Let sit for 4-6hrs. Overnight preferably. 

Serves 1-2
