We love turmeric and ginger, both powerful spices. Being an antioxidant booster along with a natural anti-inflammatory agent. Combing the two is a no brainer. High in Omega's from the flax meal and the green boost from our kale. This mix will help fight off any virus.
In your blender add:
1 scoop KOYAH kale (or 1 cup fresh kale)
1 small piece ginger
1/2-1 tbsp flax meal
1 tsp turmeric
1 cup water
