Cabbage, Kale and Mushrooms

Cabbage, kale and mushrooms oh my!

We love vegetables! We love them so much we had to share this super simple dish with you. This recipe is easy to make and delicious. 


1/4 cup vegetable broth or water
1 medium red onion - minced
6 cups shredded purple cabbage
2 cups mushrooms
2 tsp fresh thyme or 1 tsp dried
3 tbsp of our special KOYAH sauce (a mix of 1/2-1 scoop of KOYAH kale, 3-4 spoonfuls of hummus, 1 spoonful of apple cider vinegar, and a few dashes of soy sauce, mix to desired flavor before adding to cooked cabbage mix) 
a dash of salt ground black pepper

If you don't have KOYAH kale. Add 1 cup of freshly chopped kale to skillet. 

Heat broth in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the onion, mushrooms, and cabbage.
Stir frequently until the veggies have softened. It takes about 5-8 minutes. Season with our KOYAH special sauce, tossing to coat. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste.
