We love vegetables! We love them so much we had to share this super simple dish with you. This recipe is easy to make and delicious.
1/4 cup vegetable broth or water
1 medium red onion - minced
6 cups finely shredded purple cabbage
2 cups mushrooms
2 tsp fresh thyme or 1 tsp dried
3 tbsp of our special KOYAH sauce (a mix of 1/2-1 scoop of KOYAH kale, 3-4 spoonfuls of hummus, 1 spoonful of apple cider vinegar and a few dashes of soy sauce, mix to desired flavor before adding to cooked cabbage mix)
a dash of salt ground black pepper
If you don't have KOYAH kale. Add 1 cup of freshly chopped kale to skillet.
Heat broth in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the onion, mushrooms and cabbage.
Stirring frequently until the veggies have softened, takes about 5-8 minutes. Season with our KOYAH special sauce, tossing to coat. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste.
