Miso Soup made extra healthy with Broccoli Sprout Powder

This miso soup recipe is warm, comfortable, and savory. Eat this, your taste buds and soul will thank you.

Ingredients:
4 cups vegetable broth
3-4 tbsp miso paste
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1-2 cups chopped mushrooms
1 scoop KOYAH broccoli sprouts


Instructions:
Chop vegetables
Add vegetables to pot.
Add broth and miso paste to pot.
Bring to simmer for 7-12 minutes.

Add a scoop of KOYAH broccoli sprouts to your bowl right before serving.

Serves 2
