This vegan mint chocolate chip smoothie tastes just like a chocolate shake. This recipe has nothing but healthy ingredients and loaded to the brim with superfoods.
In your blender combine:
2 frozen bananas
1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup water
1 scoop KOYAH broccoli (or 1/4 cup of fresh broccoli florets)
1 handful of cashews
1 tbsp cacao (you can always add more if needed)
4-5 fresh mint (or 2-3 drops of mint extract)
1/2 cup cauliflower
Blend on high until desired consistency. Recipe serves two.
