We love how overnight oats are so easy to make. Whether you’re always in a rush to get out the door or you’re someone who prefers to ease into the day without making a huge breakfast, overnight oats are the perfect solution.
This recipe is super simple with eight ingredients, 5 minutes of prep time. Simple, combine all of the ingredients into a bowl, mix evenly, and sit in the fridge for 4-6hrs.
In a bowl, combine:
1 cup of oats
1 cup of non-dairy milk or water
1 scoop KOYAH spinach
1 tbsp chia seeds
pinch of nutmeg
pinch of cinnamon
1/4 cup of walnuts
1 tbsp maple syrup
Put a lid on it and let it sit for 4-6 hours. Overnight preferably.
