We love how overnight oats are so easy to make. Whether you’re always in a rush to get out the door or you’re someone who prefers to ease into the day without making a huge breakfast, overnight oats are the perfect solution.
This recipe is super simple with 8 ingredients, 5 minutes prep time, nothing crazy just combing all the ingredients in one bowl and letting it sit overnight.
In your bowl combine:
1 cup of oats
1 cup of non diary milk or water
1/2 scoop KOYAH spinach (or 1 cup freshly chopped spinach)
1 tbsp chia seeds
pinch of nutmeg
pinch of cinnamon
1/4 cup of walnuts
1 tbsp maple syrup
Put a lid on it and let sit 4-6 hours. Overnight preferably.
