Pumpkin spice overnight oats

Pumpkin spice overnight oats with a scoop of kale

We all know everything pumpkin related is going to be delicious and nutritious. This oat recipe is hearty and filling with combing ingredients like pumpkin puree, cinnamon, nutmeg and kale. Checkout our easy to make recipe below! 

In a bowl combine: 

1/3 cup old fashioned oats
1/3 cup almond milk
1/3 cup pumpkin puree
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp maple syrup
1 scoop KOYAH kale powder 

Mix all of the ingredients together with a spoon until well blended.

Let sit for 4-6hrs. Overnight preferably. 

Serves 1-2
