Peaches and green make the best smoothie team. We love this blend, the sweetness is perfect with the combination of peaches and banana. You don't need to add any type of sugar. But what we really love is the taste of the kale and celery. Super healthy, but mild in green flavor. This smoothie is a great starter if you're looking to get into making smoothies.
In your blender combine:
1 cup of frozen peaches
1 scoop KOYAH kale (or 1 cup fresh kale)
1 scoop KOYAH banana (or 1 peel fresh or frozen banana)
1 scoop KOYAH celery (or 1/2 cup fresh celery)
1/4 cup of almond milk
1 cup water
Blend on high until desired consistency. Serves 2
