Healthy Pumpkin Overnight Oats

Pumpkin Overnight Oats

This pumpkin overnight oats recipe is delicious and nutritious. Let's be honest; everything pumpkin-related is terrific. So check out our easy-to-make recipe below! 

In a bowl, combine: 
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp pumpkin spin 
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 scoop KOYAH kale powder 
1 scoop KOYAH banana powder (or 1/4 cup diced banana) 

Mix all of the ingredients with a spoon until well blended.
Let sit for 4-6hrs. Overnight preferably. Store in fridge in an airtight container. 
Serves 1-2
