Raspberry lemon detox

This delightfully tart and fresh smoothie helps digestion from the lemon, anti-inflammatory agents from the ginger and omega's from the flax meal. We created something that not only tastes good, but is loaded with superfoods, antioxidants and vitamin C. Only 6 ingredients this recipe rocks. 

In your blender add: 

1/2 of lemon with peel on
1 scoop KOYAH raspberry powder (or 15 fresh raspberries) 
2 frozen banana's 
1 small piece of ginger (choose your own adventure) 
1 1/2 cups water
1 tbsp flax meal 

Blend on high until desired consistency
