Is it really possible to have healthy mac & cheese and still taste good? The answer is yes! We're on a mission to help you eat more fruits and vegetables. What better way to sneak more plants into your diet than adding a scoop of KOYAH to a good ol' fashion bowl of mac n' cheese.
Healthy mac & cheese recipe:
You will need 1 package of Mac & Cheese
Boil 6 cups of water into a medium sauce pan
Stir in mac and cheese, then bring to boil for 8-10 minutes (or until done)
Drain pasta in colander
Put pasta back into sauce pan
3 tbsp of your choice of milk and stir
Add packet of cheese and stir
1-2 scoops KOYAH Broccoli Powder and stir until everything is evenly mixed
Divide into bowls and enjoy.
