Dragon fruit chia seed pudding

Enjoy this healthy breakfast, snack, or dessert. The dragon fruit tastes fantastic, giving you a perfect sweet flavor. It'll make your taste buds ask for more. Can you not get enough of this beautiful magenta color? 

In a bowl combine: 

1 cup almond milk (any non-dairy milk will do) 
1/4 cup chia seeds 
1 tbsp maple syrup 
1 tsp vanilla extract 
1 scoop KOYAH dragon fruit powder

Mix evenly, cover, and place in the fridge for 4-6hrs, overnight preferably. 

Makes 4 servings.
