Pumpkin isn't always for Halloween and pie filling during the holidays. It's nutritionally dense and loaded with some great health benefits.
We loaded this blend to the brim with nutrients. We've mixed in our kale powder, turmeric, cinnamon, and ginger. Not only will this smoothie give you a boost in healthy superfoods, it's filling and a great meal replacement.
To you blender add:
One scoop KOYAH kale (or 1 cup fresh kale)
1/2 cup puree pumpkin
One frozen banana
Three dates -pitted
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp pumpkin spice
1 tsp of cinnamon
piece of fresh ginger (or 1/2 tsp ginger powder)
1 cup of water
Blend high until desired consistency.
