Vegan chocolate coffee balls

These chocolate coffee balls are super easy with only 10 ingredients. We sneak in some finely ground coffee and cacao powder to give it that extra ump. Always whole foods, organic and full of nutrients. These tasty snacks won't disappoint. 


1 scoop KOYAH spinach powder 
1 scoop KOYAH raspberry powder
1/2 cup dates (best if you soak them in water for 5-10 minutes, then pour out remaining water) 
1/2 cup almond butter 
1/4 cup of chopped almonds
1/4 cup chopped cashews 
1/2 tbsp cacao powder
1 tsp vanilla extract 
1 tbsp finely ground coffee beans 
1 tbsp maple syrup

Step 1. Add the dates and almond butter to your blender. Pulse and work to mix everything evenly together. 

Step 2. Once the almond butter and dates are blended put in a bowl and mix the rest of the ingredients evenly together. 

Step 3. Roll mixture into 12 small balls and place in fridge or freezer.

    Can you substitute date syrup for the dates? How would you measure that?
