Celery mushroom rice noodle soup

Celery Mushroom Rice Noodle Soup

This incredibly simple soup has a comfort feel that will fill you up and satisfy you perfectly. 

Ingredients: 

1 scoop KOYAH celery powder (or 1/4 cup chopped celery)
1 cup chopped mushrooms
2 cups vegetable broth
2 servings of rice noodles
A dash of salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste 

Step 1. Chop mushrooms 

Step 2. Combine all ingredients except rice noodles in pot. Bring to boil. 

Step 3. Once broth starts to boil reduce to a simmer and add rice noodles.  Let cook for another 8-10 minutes. 

Serves 2
