Celery mushroom rice noodle soup

Celery Mushroom Rice Noodle Soup

This incredibly simple soup has a comfortable feel that will fill you up and satisfy you entirely. 

1 scoop KOYAH celery powder (or 1/4 cup freshly chopped celery)
1 cup chopped mushrooms
1 cup water 
2 cups vegetable broth
2 servings of rice noodles
A dash of salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste 

Step 1. Chop mushrooms 

Step 2. Combine all ingredients except rice noodles in pot. Bring to boil. 

Step 3. Once the broth starts to boil, reduce to a simmer and add rice noodles. Let cook for another 8-10 minutes. 

Serves 2
