Cauliflower beet steak

"Meat vegetables" are great. When you cut cauliflower into thick slabs and smother it in our special KOYAH sauce, it becomes a mouthwatering dish. The best part, the ease of it all.  

1 scoop KOYAH beet powder
1 tbsp liquid amino acids 
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
One head of cauliflower 

Step 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees 
Step 2. Cut cauliflower into 1-inch pieces 
Step 3. Mix all ingredients into a bowl (except rosemary) 
Step 4. Smother pieces of cauliflower in sauce, sprinkle with rosemary, then bake for 30 minutes or until tender. 

Serves 2
