This smoothie is jam packed with antioxidants. Beets are immune-boosting, high in vitamin C, fiber and essential minerals. Kale is loaded with iron, vitamin K, fiber and antioxidants. Highly nutritious, this mix packs a punch especially when blending our KOYAH kale and KOYAH beet into the same glass.
In your blender add:
1 scoop KOYAH beet powder ( or 1/2 fresh beet root)
1 scoop KOYAH kale (or 1 cup fresh kale)
1 cup frozen blue berries
1 frozen banana 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseeds
1 tablespoon of almond butter
1 cup water plus an extra splash
Blend on high until desired consistency. Serves 1
To make the chia seed pudding as a garnish:
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons of coconut flakes
3-4 tablespoons of chia seeds
Gently stir to mix evenly.
