Combing two of our favorite things oats and our KOYAH kale powder. This incredibly delicious and healthy recipe is a new favorite. The vibrant color of this mix should tell you that its rich in nutrients. Check out our recipe below for kale use inspiration.
In a bowl combine:
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup non dairy milk + an extra splash
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp flax meal
1 scoop KOYAH kale
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Stir everything until well mixed. Let sit in your fridge 4-6hrs. Overnight preferably.
