In your blender add:
1 1/2 frozen banana (best if you chop it into small pieces)
1-2 scoops of koyah raspberry (or 15 to 30 fresh raspberries)
1/2 coconut milk (full fat)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp almond butter
Blend until desired consistency, add more liquid if needed. Garnish freely.
